Geraldine V. Oades-Sese, Ph.D
Asking for help is difficult even for adults, but encouraging kids to speak up is a sure way to pave the road to success. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness! Teachers wear many hats as they help children learn and grow.
This book celebrates amazing teachers and encourages children to reach out to them. Also, makes a wonderful gift for those special teachers and students in your life.
I enjoyed reading this book. Every student learns new things from their teachers. It took me back to my childhood memories. The book talks about the hard work of teachers and the caretaking of the students. It helps to understand the importance of a teacher. I recommend this book to young readers of kids who are having a hard time in class.v
I thought the illustrations of this book were so sweet and the text was simple/easy to read (esp. for smaller children). The message of appreciation for all teachers do and helping kids to understand their role is very needed today.
The book manage to deliver a strong message in a way that children can easily understand and remember. It’s GREAT Illustration draws yours and your child's attention page by page. The Illustration complimented written phrases. A good book to read to every school children. This a must buy children's book.
I love this book! It shows children what a big role teachers play in their school lives. A book like this could also encourage children to later on grow up to be a teacher themselves. What I also like is how it goes through the different emotions that the children will experience and to let them know that teachers will be there to help them work out their big emotions. The illustration is super cute. They kind of remind me of the illustration from Inside Out.
